Once I got hit from the back by a Mercedez while driving down to KL from Kuantan at Karak highway. I then smashed into the back of a lorry. I got into an argument with both the car owners and the road maintenance people. "I'll sue you!" was the last words I said at the spot.
It was easier said than done to sue a bigger organisation. The same thought crossed my mind the next day after being laid off. This is gonna drain a lot my enery.
At the end of the claim period.. no one can force me to do anything. Definitely not from a Indian who's background is straight out of India. I am a citizen of Malaysia and I have the right to my job when there was no reason to terminate.
My complain to IR was processed well enough. The remediation meeting went well. Company agrees to reinstate with full compensation money returned. Memorandum was signed.
Then I was terminated!! 15 minutes after reporting for duty following reinstatement agreement!!
How vulgar can you be??!
Animal!!
Back to IR. Case referred to Minister. Alhamdullilah, approved. Now I wait for more from the Industrial Court.
Thanks to the Ministry of Human Resource for fast processing of my claim.
This waiting is tough.........
He should have the balls to terminate and be done with. But no. As usual, low casts need the stage to feel superior. Yeah... yeah.... Decide konon... you're right. No balls.
